Our no-quibble guarantee. We want you to be delighted with you order. If for any reason, you are unhappy with anything you receive from us please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace the product(s) or refund you. We only ask that they are returned unused and in the original packaging. If you are not happy with any part of our service, just let us know and we will do our level best to put it right.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. We aim to deliver to you within 48 hours after dispatch, during working days, payment verification and stock permitting. We deliver to all addresses in the UK.

Placing an Order
Buying from Stix Drinks (Squash Stix Ltd) is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Browse through our product range online
- Click on an item’s image to access its individual product page, where you’ll be given information on the product, its ingredients, dosage and things to be aware of, as well as any relevant product reviews.
- Put an item in your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button on the product page.
- Complete your order by selecting "Checkout" and then follow the steps that appear on your screen.
Amending Your Order
If you need any further assistance with placing an order, please contact our Customer Services’ Team on 0117 325 8523, who are there to help. Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. The prices listed on the Stix Drinks website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any products at any time. You can correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘to submit your order on the Payment Page of our ordering process. Unfortunately we can’t amend/change orders once they have been submitted. So if you’re unhappy with your order details you’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one containing the correct details. With a new order, you may find that there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order). If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation e-mail, you can still cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please phone Customer Services on 0117 325 8523, or send an e-mail marked “Urgent Cancellation” to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that you include your name, address and product order reference. If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours of the order being placed, please wait until you receive the product(s) and then follow our Returns Procedure. Stix Drinks promise means that we operate a no-quibble policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of despatch. By law you also have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days. As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of your order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item together with the item’s normal postage charge.
You may always return any item purchased from Stix Drinks. As part of Stix Drinks Promise, we operate a no-quibble 10 day returns policy.
Please contact Customer Services 0117 325 8523 to get a returns number & address. When returning items we’d recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If you request an exchange we will dispatch a replacement upon receipt of the original item. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. Shipping costs are not due on the exchange order. If you are requesting a refund this will be credited back onto your card upon receipt of the original item. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable for exchanges and refunds.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please do the following:
Call our Customer Services’ team on 0117 325 8523 or e-mail email@example.com who will advise you how to return the product(s) to us. If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty product(s). If they are faulty, we will refund you the value of the product(s) and the original delivery charge, or arrange an exchange for which you will not be charged additional postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
