When you're happy your health will improve and when your health is good then your happiness will improve. 

Keeping both your happiness and health a priority can be challenging but there are many ways to help keep your body and mind strong.

Eating Healthy 

A well balanced diet give us alot of benefits. However, the key thing is that the right nutrients from fruit, vegetables and proteins is proven to increase your health and mood.
