Drinking water helps to lubricate, protect, and cushions your joints, spinal cord and tissues. You’ll notice when exercising you’ll feel less pain and discomfort in your legs, ankles, shoulders, and arms.
DETIX
Eliminate the bad toxins in your body by flushing them out sweat, urine, and bowel movements. For example, to regulate your body's temperature you’ll sweat when you are hot. Therefore, you need to drink more water so your body still has the right amount.
