Home school learning is challenging and it may feel like no one is around to help. We've put together a few tips and tricks to keep your children motivated, energised and even hydrated to keep them going in lockdown.

Keep children moving and active

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Joe Wicks has a free live PE lesson so kids can keep active when indoors at home. The live Youtube video lasts about 30 minutes long and you don't need anything but yourself to take part. He'll even ask some learning questions. Don't forget to stay hydrated with Vit Stix!

Online Classes

It's important to make sure your children are present at any online school classes their school is offering. It may be a challenging having to view the videos from a smart tablet or even phone but this will give you information on what your children are studying and should be learning.

The cost of the internet

Did you know that all major broadband companies have removed data caps on their broadband packages. Check with your broadband provider on how they can help you. You don't need to worry when your children are streaming their education online.
