Delivery is free on all UK orders over £25. Orders below £25 incur a £2.99 delivery cost. Next Day Delivery pricing is available at checkout.
- Order before 3pm, Monday to Friday – Estimated 2-3 working days
- Order after 2pm, Monday to Friday or all day Saturday & Sunday – Estimated 3-4 working days
Please note during our seasonal peaks e.g. Black Friday, Christmas etc it may take a little longer to process and deliver your order.

Where is my order?
If you are a UK customer and have not received your order within the estimated time frame above, please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our team will investigate the location of your delivery immediately.
Can my shipping address be different to my billing address?
Yes, we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders billing address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the delivery details section of the checkout form.
How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Following this, you will receive shipping confirmation.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please e-mail email@example.com with your order number, full name and postcode. Please note that if you order has been processed you will not be able to cancel. Customer Services are open between 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holiday).
How do I return my product?
Please see the returns information detailed below.
You may return any item you purchased from Stix Drinks within 10 days of purchase, as part of the Stix Drinks promise. Please contact our customer service team on 0117 325 8523 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, any product returned must be in the original packaging and unused. Simply return the item(s) along with the despatch note you received when the products were delivered and write the reason for returning on the reverse. Within the package, please include:
- ORDER NUMBER
- CUSTOMER NAME
- DELIVERY POSTCODE
- REASON FOR RETURN

When returning the items we would recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit when they are being returned. We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund as soon as possible but please allow 14 days.
